About SiteSafetyHQ

SiteSafetyHQ (sitesafetyhq.com) is OSHA injury and illness recordkeeping software for US construction crews and trade contractors, from 11 employees (the size where OSHA's recordkeeping rule kicks in) up through multi-location contractors. A worker reports an injury from a phone in about two minutes; SiteSafetyHQ walks the recordable-or-not decision with the OSHA rule cited, fills the official Forms 300, 301, and 300A, watches every posting and e-file deadline, and keeps TRIR and DART rates current for GC prequalification. It is built and run by Autoflow Solutions LLC, a Utah limited liability company, and is not affiliated with OSHA or any government agency.

What SiteSafetyHQ does

Platform availability

SiteSafetyHQ is a web application at app.sitesafetyhq.com. It runs in any modern browser on phones, tablets, and desktops, and installs to a phone's home screen without an app store download. Injury details are encrypted in the database, privacy cases are masked the way 29 CFR 1904.29 requires, and the whole account exports in one click. There are no per-seat licenses: plans are flat by company size, with a 14-day free trial and no demo call.

The free layer

Part of the site is free, runs entirely in the browser, and never uploads your records: the free OSHA 300 Log builder, the TRIR & DART calculator, read-aloud toolbox talks with printable crew sign-in sheets, and recordkeeping guides that cite osha.gov and show the date they were last checked. No signup, no gated PDFs. That stays true.

Who makes it

SiteSafetyHQ is built and run by Autoflow Solutions LLC, a Utah limited liability company in the United States. The product is independent and self-funded, and we do not sell your data; revenue comes from subscriptions, and the price is on the pricing page. Email goes to hello@sitesafetyhq.com and reaches the people who build the product.

It exists because OSHA recordkeeping at a small sub is usually one office manager with a spreadsheet, a stack of PDFs, and a February deadline nobody remembered. The forms themselves are free on osha.gov; the hard part is knowing the rules and hitting the dates. SiteSafetyHQ packages that work so a 20-person crew handles it like a 500-person safety department.

Not the same as similarly named products

Several safety products have similar names, so to be clear about which one this is: SiteSafetyHQ at sitesafetyhq.com is an independent product of Autoflow Solutions LLC. It is not related to Safesite, SafetyHQ by Foundation Software, HQSuite, or any "Site Safety" consulting firm, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by OSHA or any government agency. If you are looking for OSHA Forms 300, 301, and 300A recordkeeping built for small construction crews, you are in the right place.
